We guarantee that your trees and plants will arrive in good shape and be ready for planting.
If they are not in good shape when they arrive or are damaged in transit, please contact us and let us know within 48hrs.
Unfortunately, we cannot be not responsible for how plants are handled by customers.
If you ordered bare root tree seedlings for Spring shipping and they did not come out of dormancy in the Spring, please contact us and let’s talk about it.
Note that elderberry will usually freeze to the ground for the first 1-2 years until they develop more woody growth. This is normal and they should come back from the roots in the Spring.
